Minimum Ordering Amount and Quantity
This is a wholesale website. We do wholesale only. You must be reselling or have a legitimate business use to buy from us.
- For US domestic ordering, minimum order is US$100 for every time you place order.
- For international ordering, minimum order is US$100.
- For regular products, the minimum quantity of a particular item you can order is the same as its unit of sale. In other words, if the item is sold by the piece, you can order 1 piece or more, or if by the box, you can order 1 box or more, and at the same time the total order amount should meet minimum order requirement: US$100.
- For clearance or closeout items, the minimum quantity of mixed or assorted items you can order is one mix box, and at the same time the total order amount should meet minimum order requirement: US$100.
Please note that clearance or closeout items are picked randomly from our large selections of our products.

Large and Special Orders
If your order quantity on certain style is more than 20 dozens per color/size, please contact us first to make sure we have enough inventories for your order.In case of insufficient inventory, we will ship whatever is available and only charge you on items shipped.The rest of your order will be regarded as back order or special order and please allow about 30 ~ 60 days to complete the order.30% of the total invoice of the special order amount has to be pre-charged as the deposit for special orders.Please contact us for more information on large or special orders either by email, feedbacks on our website, or by phone and fax.

Duties, Taxes And Customs
- For USA: No taxes, no duties and no customs charge for orders ship to any USA address. What you see is what you pay. We will ship out your order from our US office. .
- For International countries: Customers outside of USA may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The rules vary country by country and you should contact your local customs office and shipping office for further information.
Payment can be made to us using one of the following methods :
Shipping Within USA
- We will try to ship out the merchandise within 1 to 3 business days after the order is received. If not otherwise specified by our customers, we choose UPS/DHL Regular Ground Service as the default shipping method, which normally takes about 3-7 business days for delivery to continental USA. And freight will be added to the invoice at DHL or UPS standard rate based on actual weight and shipping address. We will inform you of the total amount including the freight charge upon your request. The total processing time, including handling and shipping service for your order, is within 10 business days.
- All shipment will be provided with a tracking number that will allow you to locate your shipment status at any time. The tracking number will be sent to you electronically.If you have registered in Sunway Star membership, you can log in your account for all the information you need on your orders at anytime any where around the world.
- Faster shipping options:
Besides regular ground service to continental USA, which takes about 3-7 business days depend on USA address, you can choose the following options for faster shipping when you think it necessary.But the shipping freight is higher than regular ground. Price changes when the weigh vary based selected carriers’ standard rate. Please contact us for exact shipping cost.
Next day: you will receive your shipment the next day after it is shipped out
2nd day: you will receive your shipment the second day after it is shipped out
Three day select: you will receive your shipment the third day after it is shipped out
Returns and Guarantees
We guarantee our products and services. In the unlikely event of a defective products or wrong items you receive due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 2 business days and we will arrange for you to return the defective or wrong items (at our expense) and we will ship you the replacement or give you full refund (including shipping charges). Please contact us before sending the return items and we will issue return authorization #.
Any refused shipment sent back to SunwayStar.com for any reasons other than what are mentioned above does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. The customer will have to make arrangements with SunwayStar.com to receive the refused shipment again. All refused shipment returned to SunwayStar.com for credit is subject to 25% re-stocking fee and deduction of shipping cost.
Please note that no returns will be accepted without return authorization # and after 14 days.
Products returns or refund will be made only if the return meets the above guidelines. Product returned without adhere to the above conditions will result in the return of the product to the customer and additional shipping/handling charge on the customer.
14 Days Returns Procedures
All return item must be accompanied by Return Authorization number. You have 14 days from the day you received your product to file for a return with the guidelines below. This return is subject to a 25% restocking fee. You can request a Return Authorization number by sending an email to Returns@SunwayStar.com with the following information:
Your name Your phone number Your billing address Your e-mail address Your original order number Reasons for returning the item Note: Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
In the return package, please include a copy of invoice and your Return Authorization number. Credit back to your credit card will take 30 days to appear on your credit card from the day we received the product.
